トーストマスターズは、スピーチ・話し方・リーダーシップのトレーニングをおこなうことを目的とした、世界的なネットワークの非営利教育団体です。
1924年にアメリカのカリフォルニアで設立され、以来世界中に展開、現在米国、カナダを中心に、約140 カ国、16,400 を超えるクラブが存在し、352,000 人以上の会員が、それぞれのゴールを目指し、仲間と一緒に、説得力のある話し方、心に響くスピーチや受け入れられやすいフィードバックの方法など、コミュニケーションとリーダーシップに必要な能力を磨いています。
