今日は小雨でしたが、ゲストの方も来ていただいて楽しくスタート！
It drizzles today, but we have an enjoyable meeting with a guest!
今日は英語の部からのスタート。今朝の言葉は「undoubtedly（疑いなく）」。M会長が”Akabane club is undoubtedly the best club.” というとやんややんやの大喝采。
Today, we start from English session. Today’s word is “undoubtedly”. President M says, ”Akabane club is undoubtedly the best club.” Everyone gives him a big round of applause!
英語のスピーチはY.I.さん。前期のVPEの経験談を振り返り、大変な中でも頑張ったお陰で力が付いた、だから「ご指名ありがとうございます！」と言って積極的に役割を引き受け、能力を高めよう、という鼓舞するスピーチ。「ご指名ありがとうございます」は今日の例会の流行語大賞？！
Today’s English speaker is Y.I. san.She reviews her VPE experience last term and notices that if we say “Thank you for appointing me.” and do that role, our capacity will increase. What an encouraging speech!
Many members use “Thank you for appointing me!” during the meeting.
テーブルトピックのお題は体験にまつわるもので、「あなたの新しい体験」「失敗談から学んだこと」。T.I.さんは奥さまが好きなセブンイレブンの美味しいパンの話を、N.T.さんは小樽旅行の話を、またH.I.さんは、なんと、隣人の騒音に怒って警察を呼んだ！話を披露(ﾟдﾟ)！
The first table topic theme is “Your new experience.” T.I. san talks about delicious bread of 7-11, which his lovely wife likes; on the other hand, N.T. san share his travel to Otaru. Second theme is “learning experience from failure.” H.I. san says he hates neighbour's noise and calls the police! Wow!

An experienced member, T.I. san evaluates Y.I. san’s speech.“ He points out her message is common for all the members. He also advises her that if she uses more dialogue, her speech becomes more vivid. What a great advice!

日本語の最初のスピーカーはY.I.さん。赤羽クラブの「副校長」として抱負を熱く語り、制限時間の倍以上も熱弁をふるいました！夢が広がりますね～
First Japanese speaker is Y.I. san. He talks about what he wants to do in this club with lots of passion. He has too many things to talk and cannot finish his speech within the limited time. His dream is so big!
次のスピーカーはY.T.さん。伝えにくいことを感情的にならずに伝えられる秘訣を、悪い例、改善例を巧みに用いて伝授。昼食にアンパンとジャムパンしかもらえなかった時の奥様とのやり取りには笑い涙が止まらない！
Y.T. san share with us how to convey message which is hard to say without getting emotional. His episode that his wife prepare only an Anpan and a Jampan for lunch is very humorous and we cannot stop laughing(^O^).
テーブルトピックのお題は「限定商品」。チョコレートの限定商品や、限定商品には惑わされない!という意見、また、ストーリーを添えると限定商品の魅力が増す、というトーストマスターらしい回答まで個性豊かなスピーチが！
The theme of table topic is “limited items.” Chocolate lovers talks about their favorite limited chocolate; on the other hand, N.T. san says he doesn’t care about limited items (oh, strong will!). Y.T. san insists, “If we add stories, we can attract people’s interest about the limited item.” He is a great toastmaster!
個人論評ではT.I.さんはY.I.さんの情熱溢れるスピーチに対し、「例会前にもっと時間を取ってやるべき」ともっともなアドバイス。N.T.さんはY.T.さんの改善点を見つけようと頑張った結果を発表。上手なスピーチの論評は難易度、高いです。
Individual evaluator T.I. san suggests that Y.I. san should make a speech before the meeting because he seems to need more time. N.T. san challenges to find improvements in Y.T. san’s speech. It’s a very difficult task, but good try!
