今日は久々のリアル例会(#^.^#)。ゲストの方もたくさん来ていただいて、ますます明るい雰囲気！
書記のA.T.さんは先週、お子さんが生まれたそう。おめでとうございます！

今日は嬉しいことにEさんが入会くださり、入会式からのスタート。これまでオンラインでしかお会いしたことがなかったEさんはスラリと背の高い素敵な女性でした！
Today, E-san becomes Akabane club’s member. We’d met her at online meeting but this is the first time we meet real E-san. She is a slender and attractive lady!
今日は英語の部からのスタート。今朝の言葉は「update（最新のものにする）」。久しぶりの対面例会を心機一転、スタート。
Today, we start from English session. Today’s word is “update”. We update and enjoy the first offline meeting after several online meetings.
英語のスピーチはY.Tさん。Pathways完了のスピーチで(完了、おめでとうございます！)、Pathwaysを始める前と後のスピーチ力の劇的変化、培ったリーダーシップで新クラブを立ち上げた汗と涙の軌跡をユーモラスに語ってくださり、拍手喝采！
Today’s English speaker is Y.T. san. This is his completion speech for his Pathways (congratulation!). He tells us how his speech delivery dramatically improves through Pathways. Moreover, he talks about his leadership development through the process of chartering a new toastmasters club in his company. His speech is always full of humor and we enjoy very much!
テーブルトピックのお題は「もしあなたが大臣になるとしたら、どの大臣になり、何をしたいか？」ちょうど新内閣もできたところで、タイムリーなお題。
国際協力に携わるAさんは外務大臣になってトーストで培ったコミュニケーション力を生かして世界各国と良い関係を構築するという壮大な夢を語り、Kさんは滝川クリステルと結婚した小泉進次郎に着目して、「お・も・て・な・し！」
Table topic theme is “If you became a minister, what minister do you want to be and what do you want to do?” It’s a timely theme. K.A. san dreams to be a Minister of Foreign Affairs and build a good relation with many countries. “I’m a toastmaster. I can communicate with various people!” T.K. san pays attention to Shinjiro Koizumi, the husband of Christel Takigawa, and says, “O・MO・TE・NA・SHI!”
個人論評では、今日で赤羽クラブを卒業されるF.S.さんが、「Y.T.さんはコントラストを付けて話すのが上手」と鋭い分析を披露。ただ面白いだけじゃないY.T.さんのスピーチに皆、納得。
S-san evaluates Y.T. san’s speech. “He is very good at showing us various contrasts.” Her deep analysis reminds us that Y.T. san’s speech is not only humorous, but well organized and used effective expressions.
日本語の部の今朝の言葉は「未来」。皆さんの未来に幸あるように！
Today’s word of the morning is “future.” I with happiness in the future of every member!
日本語の最初のスピーカーはS.M.さん。前回のスピーチのフィードバックを踏まえ、より表現力豊かに同僚とのエピソードを生き生きと語りました。
First Japanese speaker is S.M. san. He improves his vocal variety and gesture based on the previous feedback to his speech. Thanks to the improvement, his episode with his colleague becomes more vivid!
次のスピーカーはJ.N.さん。トーストマスターズにおけるメンター/メンティについて、聴衆を巻き込みながら、ご自身の経験談も披露しつつ、メンターは「お得ですよ~」とアピール。スピーチを聴いたあなた、メンターになりたくなりましたね！
J.N. san talks about a mentor / a mentee in toastmasters. She asks a question to the audience and makes an interactive atmosphere. Based on her own experience, she appeals, “A mentor gets more merits than a mentee!”
テーブルトピックのお題は「よい不動産は？」不動産関係のお仕事をされているY.M.さんの答えは、意外にも「自分の気に入った環境で。」不動産価値云々よりも、自分の価値観を大事に、というのは深～いですね。
The theme of table topic is “What is a good real estate?”
Y.M. san, whose job is real estate, says, “The important thing is if you like it or not.” He teaches us that our sense of value is more important than value of estate.
個人論評ではK.A.さんはS.M.さんの前回フィードバックを踏まえた上達ぶりを指摘し、T.K.さんはJ.N.さんの聴衆の巻き込みを絶賛。
Individual evaluator K.A. san praises S.M. san’s improvement based on the previous feedback to his speech, and T.K. san points out J.N. san’s good technique to involve audience.
最後に、今日で赤羽クラブを離れるF.S.さんから一言ご挨拶。「仕事が忙しくなり、参加が難しくなりましたが、このクラブで成長できました。」F.S.さんのさらなるご活躍を祈念しつつ、再会を楽しみにしています！
At the end of the meeting, F.S. san, who will leave the club, gives us her last message, “It becomes difficult to attend the club because I’m so busy. But I can improve my ability here.” We wish her success and to meet her again!
