今日は今期最初の例会。しかも300回目の例会！赤羽クラブ創設者のOさんも駆けつけてくださり、明るく楽しい例会開始!
This is the first meeting of this term and also 300th meeting of this club!
One of the club founder, TM O-san joined the meeting and made a short speech.
最初に、メンティーが巣立ったメンター各位のレコグニション。前期VPEのIさんが、メンターにちなんでメントスをプレゼントするというダジャレぶり。メンターの皆さん、ありがとう！
At first, we had a recognition for several mentors. I-san, the former VPE, gave mentors Mentos. Her humor let us laugh. Thanks a lot, all the mentors!
例会は日本語の部からスタート。今朝の言葉は「御鉢」。「御鉢が回ってきた！」の御鉢です。
The meeting started from Japanese session.
Word of the morning is “OHACHI.” It originally means rice tub, but usually we use it as our turn.
日本語の最初のスピーチはIさん。コロナ下でつらかったこと、救われたこと、今期の決意などを話されました。いつもながら、ユーモアたっぷり！
First speaker is I-san. He talks about his stress under remote work, how a warm message from his friend saved his heart, and his resolution of this term. His speech is always full of humour and very enjoyable!
2番目のスピーカーはNさん。 歴史人物占いを用いて自分のリーダーシップ分析と赤羽クラブで伸ばしたいスキルを表明。なんともユニークな切り口のスピーチ！
Second speaker is N-san. She analyses her leadership in comparison with historical person. What a unique analysis!
テーブルトピック（即興スピーチ）は、見せられた写真をもとにスピーチをするという変わったスタイル。それでも即興で話をまとめてしまうOさんとIさん、お見事！
Table topic master I-san shows some pictures and speakers are asked to make a speech from the picture. This is a new way! But O-san & I-san made wonderful speeches for an instance!
論評者のIさんとIさん（別人物です）はベテラン会員らしく、スピーカーの細かな工夫にまで気づく見事なフィードバック。
Individual evaluators are I-san and another I-san. They present speakers efforts in detail. What an excellent feedback!
総合論評のTさんは、今期会場係のTさん（別人物です）が一番早く会場に到着して準備されていたことに言及。「会場係のTさん。ありがとう！」さすが気配りのTさんです。
General evaluator, T-san thanks to SSA T-san, who came to the room very early and prepared for the meeting. I’m very moved by his warm words!
英語の部の今朝の言葉は「sizzle」。hotの類義語で、アツアツ、ジュージューな感じの言葉。
Today’s word of the morning in English is “sizzle.” It has a similar meaning of hot.
英語のスピーカーはKさん。仕事で担当するヨルダンの紹介。日本では知名度の低い国ですが、中東では重要な国なんです。
English speaker is K-san. She introduces Jordan’s information and attractiveness. It is not a famous country in Japan, but it’s very important country in the Middle East.
英語のテーブルトピックでは現会長のMさんが理想のリーダーとして前期会長のTさんをほめたたえ、仲の良さがうかがわれました。
At Table topic session, M-san, the President of this term, said, “My ideal leader is T-san, the former President!” T-san looks so happy.
英語の論評者はIさん。しっかりした構成で、感想を交えながら堅実なフィードバック。
English individual evaluator is I-san. She organizes her evaluation very well and feedback her frank impression.
